The farmers in the Tuscan hills produce some of the finest olive oils on earth. Most are small, organic producers without the resources to market directly to North America.
Their best option is to sell locally or in bulk to conglomerates like Bertolli and Filippo Berio.
We bring these producers directly to North American consumers at a premium to what they can get from bulk sales.
For the consumer we guarantee pure, fresh, defect-free oil directly from the producer.
Each fall harvest we visit, test and source from a few select producers and import what we can for distribution in the North America.
Fresh bottlings are air shipped directly from the producer to the US for distribution. We only sell current production from oils that we evaluated in Tuscany.

Carolina Rossi founded Scovaventi in 2008 on 84 acres outside Grosseto in Tuscany. Altitude is 1000' and 30km from the Mediterranean Sea. 5,000 trees produced 3,400 liters of oil in 2024. The harvest was completed in October. Storage in stainless steel under hydrogen.
